Fresh beet and carrot smoothie is a healthy and tasty drink, a real storehouse of vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka – 200 ml
  • Carrots – 100 g
  • Beets – 100 g
  • Honey – 5 g

Directions

  1. Peel the beets and carrots. Cut vegetables into cubes.
  2. Put the beets and carrots in the bowl of a blender or food processor with a metal knife attachment, add honey and fermented baked milk. Grind thoroughly until smooth.
  3. A bright and healthy beet-carrot smoothie with fermented baked milk is ready!
