Chocolate Dessert from Fermented Baked Milk, with Berries

No one believes that a delicious dessert can be made from simple fermented baked milk! At one time, this dessert also became a discovery for me. It is difficult to imagine that such a delicious chocolate dessert can be obtained from fermented baked milk. For me and my loved ones, this is a great substitute for ice cream. On a hot summer day, there is nothing better than enjoying such a dessert with fresh berries. Simple, tasty, low-calorie and budget!

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka – 800 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Instant gelatin – 30 g
  • Hot water – 120 ml

  • For decoration:
  • Cocoa powder – to taste
  • Fresh berries – to taste

Directions

  1. Mix fermented baked milk, sugar (its amount can be adjusted to your liking) and cocoa (I recommend sifting it through a sieve). Stir well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour over instant gelatin with very hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Add the gelatin through a sieve to the fermented baked milk. Beat the mass with a mixer.
  3. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3 hours to harden. Decorate to your liking. I sprinkled with cocoa and garnished with fresh berries.
