Curd Smoothie Bowl with Fermented Baked Milk, Banana and Cornflakes

A simple and beautiful smoothie based on cottage cheese with fermented baked milk and banana turns out to be thicker than drinking and perfectly replaces traditional cereals for breakfast. Cornflakes, grapes, and banana slices will not only make this smoothie more “elegant”, but also significantly enrich its taste.

Cook: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka – 200 ml
  • Cottage cheese – 150 g
  • Banana – -1 pc.
  • Ground cinnamon – to taste
  • Corn flakes – 2 tbsp
  • Black grapes – to taste

Directions

  1. Put the curd in a blender bowl. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
  2. Transfer the banana to the curd, setting aside a few circles to decorate the finished smoothie.
  3. Pour the fermented baked milk into the cottage cheese with banana. Pour cinnamon here to taste.
  4. Whisk all ingredients at high speed until smooth. Pour the curd smoothie into a bowl.
  5. Place the cornflakes, grapes, and banana slices neatly on top.
  6. Curd smoothie bowl with banana, fermented baked milk, and cornflakes ready to serve.
