Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g quark cream (e.. from Onken with 0.2% fat)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 bar chocolate, white
  • 0.5 ½ pack raspberries (frozen)
  • 150 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the sugar and the cream in a bowl and whip until half stiff. Then fold in quark, quark cream and mascarpone. Grate the chocolate bar (put in the freezer before grating, then it won`t break and will be finer). Fold in the grated chocolate.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries about 1 hour before serving. That makes the food really fresh and cool.
