Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Mix the cornstarch with the flour and sieve. Add spoon-wise to the butter mixture and stir in well.
  2. Shape the dough into rolls and cut off hazelnut-sized pieces. Shape it into a round shape in your hand and place it on a non-greased tray. Immediately press it once with a fork dipped in flour and tapped again, so that the balls become a little flat and get a nice pattern.
