Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g cornstarch (Gustin)
  • 125 g flour

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill for an hour. Then shape the dough into a roll and cut into even slices. Shape the slices into balls and flatten them with a floured fork. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at about 175 °.
  2. Makes about 100 pieces
