  • 100 g butter
  • 2 large egg (s), whisked
  • 200 g semolina, (wheat semolina)
  • salt
  • water, salted
  • 1 ½ liter soup, (beef soup - Meidlinger style)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the eggs until foamy, slowly stir in the semolina and salt. Shape dumplings with the help of a teaspoon and place on a wet cutting board. Soak all of them in the boiling soup at the same time. Let the dumplings simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
