Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass sour cherries, pitted (large glass)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Knead almost soft butter with all the baking ingredients with a hand mixer on the lowest setting to make crumble. Loosely crumble half of the crumble dough in a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper.
  2. Place the well drained sour cherries on top and crumble the remaining batter over them to cover the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
