- 65 g mararine
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 2 cups sour cream
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet pudding powder (cream)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 3 egg yolks
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 glass sour cherries

- Ground:
- Knead the margarine, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder.
- Knead 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a springform pan; of 1/3 form the edge.
- Covering:
- Mix the quark, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, egg yolk, milk and oil with the sour cherries and pour into the mold.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
