  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250 g quark, (20%)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 can pineapple pieces (430 g)
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 orange (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the orange and cut into pieces. Drain the can of pineapple over a sieve and collect some of the juice.
  2. Mix the quark, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and a little pineapple juice with a hand mixer until creamy. Then fold in the orange pieces and pineapple cubes. Pour into dessert glasses, refrigerate for a while and serve.
