Ingredients

  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 slices toasted bread or wholemeal toast or 1 1/2 baguette

Instructions

  1. Put two cups of sour cream in a bowl, cut the boiled ham into long, small strips and add to the bowl. Add the cheese, lightly salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  2. Then spread the toast or sliced baguette about 1 cm thick with the mixture. Cut toast bread into triangles, baguette slices can stay that way.
