Ingredients

  • 500 g mayonnaise
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic granules
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 dashes vinegar - essence
  • possibly vinegar

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and mix with the parsley, dill, lemon and vinegar essence. Then add the mayonnaise, sour cream and creme fraiche and stir to a smooth mass. Finally refine with garlic and season with lemon and vinegar if necessary.
  2. Chill and steep for approx. 2 - 3 hours before consumption.
