  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs, (8-herb mixture) frozen
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. First dice the onion very finely, then cut the spring onion in half lengthways and cut very fine half rings. Finely chop the garlic, put everything in a bowl, mix well with the 8 herbs, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
