- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 0.5 ½ pack herbs, (8-herb mixture) frozen
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 pinches sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ small onion (s)

- First dice the onion very finely, then cut the spring onion in half lengthways and cut very fine half rings. Finely chop the garlic, put everything in a bowl, mix well with the 8 herbs, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
