Servings: 4
Ingredients
Kefir with a fat content of 2.5% – 250 ml
Sour cream 15% fat – 100 g
Dark or milk chocolate – 50 g
Sugar – 50 g or to taste
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Gelatin – 5 g
Boiled chilled water – 30 ml
Directions
Pour gelatin with water and leave for 5-10 minutes to swell.
Combine sour cream and kefir in a bowl, stir with a whisk.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Gently heat the swollen gelatin in a steam bath or in the microwave for a few seconds to dissolve. Do not bring the gelatin solution to a boil.
Add a few tablespoons of kefir-sour cream to a container to gelatin and mix.
Pour the resulting gelatinous mass into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. The mass should thicken slightly.
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate with a knife. I have dark chocolate, but you can also use milk chocolate for a sweeter option.
Remove the bowl with the kefir-sour cream mass from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes to make the mass more fluffy.
Add chopped chocolate to it and stir.
Pour the mass into portioned glasses or bowls and send to the refrigerator for several hours, until it solidifies completely.
Delicate sour cream-kefir dessert with chocolate is ready.
When serving, this dessert can be supplemented with grated chocolate or ready-made chocolate curls.
Bon Appetit!
