Sour Cream Sauce for Fish

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Flour – 0.5 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Lightly dry the flour in a skillet, stirring occasionally (3-5 minutes over medium heat).
  2. Warm up the sour cream.
  3. Put hot flour in heated sour cream, stir thoroughly.
  4. Boil, season with salt and pepper.
