- 2 cups sour cream
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- Powdered sugar, optional

- Put 2 cups of sour cream each 200 g in a mixing bowl. Half fill the empty sour cream cup with sugar, add and add 2 more cups of flour. Now add the 3 eggs, the baking powder and the vanilla sugar. Mix everything for about 2 minutes.
- Bake in the waffle iron until the waffles are golden brown.
- Finally dust with powdered sugar, if you want.
