Ingredients

  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 80 g suar
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 sheets gelatin
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sour cream, creme fraiche, sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin and add to the mixture, refrigerate until the cream is semi-rigid.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Puree the raspberries with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and spread over the mixture.
  4. Before eating the dessert, however, it should be refrigerated for 2-3 hours so that it becomes nice and stiff.
