Ingredients

  • 100 g quark (layer cheese or quark, 20% fat)
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This cream goes well with baked potatoes and raclette.
  3. As a first variation, you can finely chop 1 bunch of chives, 4 stalks of dill and parsley and fold in.
  4. As a second variation, you can crush 100 g Roquefort, mix with the sour cream and crumble 20 g Roquefort over it.
