- 70 g rapeseed oil
- 25 g balsamic vinear, dark
- 25 g balsamic vinear, liht
- 50 g soy sauce
- 15 g sesame oil, toasted
- 5 g sesame oil, normal
- 15 g aave syrup
- 5 g arlic oil

- Put all ingredients in a bottle and shake vigorously before consumption.
- The ingredients are given in grams, as I always mix everything together on a kitchen scale.
- Pay attention to the cleanliness of the preparation and the bottle, then the dressing can be kept for several months without refrigeration.
- The dressing is very intense, so dose it carefully. Goes well with leaf salads, also in combination with a normal balsamic dressing.
