Instructions

  1. Heat the milk with processed cheese, stock powder, Parmesan and pepper over full flame while stirring until almost boiling. Turn off the plate and cover and let it stand for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that nothing begins to stick.
  2. In the meantime, cut the ham slices into 1 cm squares and add to the sauce.
  3. Add spaetzle / knöpfle / noodles, heat again until almost boiling, stir more often. Let it steep for 10 minutes on the lowest possible flame with the lid on, add seasoning if necessary.
  4. A crunchy, light vegetable and / or leaf salad with a clear dressing tastes good with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
