Ingredients
- 500 g spaetzle, from the coolin shelf
- 400 g steak (s), hip steak or similar
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion)
- 1 zucchini
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
- salt
- pepper
- oil

- First you have to cut the bell pepper, the green onion and the tomato into small pieces. Then cut the zucchini and mushrooms into thin slices.
- Then you cut the steak into strips and season it with salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, you can heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, you can fry the meat in it for 3 - 4 minutes. Then you take the meat out again and keep it warm.
- Now fry the vegetables in the remaining frying fat, except for the tomatoes, and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate pan you can fry the spaetzle for a few minutes and then add it to the vegetables and mix everything together. Then add the tomatoes and let it stew for a few more minutes. At the end you give the meat underneath and it`s done.
