Ingredients

  • 1 meat sausage or Lyoner
  • 200 g spaetzle
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 g peas
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon margarine or rama culinesse
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • milk
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the meat sausage into cubes and fry in the margarine with mushrooms and soy sauce in a pan. Add the flour and stir in well. Then add the vegetable stock mixed with water and a dash of milk. Add the peas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with paprika, mustard, cayenne pepper and salt.
  4. Serve with spaetzle.
