  • 130 g cream
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 80 g parmesan cheese
  • 5 slices ham or bacon
  • 200 g spahetti, more if necessary
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the avocado, egg yolks, garlic and lemon juice in a blender and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the cream until it becomes creamy.
  2. Sear the ham in a pan while cooking the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Add the sauce, ham, parmesan and a little olive oil to the pasta and stir everything well, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
