Ingredients

  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 400 ml ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 300 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar, let thaw. Then puree, simmer gently for about 20 minutes and allow to cool. Beat the cream with 2 teaspoons of sugar until stiff, grate the white chocolate.
  2. Put the cream in dessert bowls or plates. Press the vanilla ice cream through a spaetzle press. Cover with the strawberry sauce and sprinkle with shredded chocolate.
