- 250 g spahetti
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 leek
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon Maggi
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season. Cut the leek into fine rings and fry a little with the minced meat.
- Drain the pasta. Add the minced meat mixture. Season with oil, lemon juice, Maggi, sugar, salt and pepper and leave to cool.
