Ingredients

  • 600 g spahetti
  • 350 g chanterelles
  • 150 g zucchini, cut into pieces or slices
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled curry paste
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g Goronzola
  • 1 packet bacon, possibly
  • Spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions over medium heat and add the zucchini. If you want, you can add a pack of bacon, but that`s a matter of taste.
  2. Clean the chanterelles well and dab them with kitchen towels. Then fry with a little butter and the curry paste, later add spring onions and deglaze with a dash of soy sauce.
  3. Now turn the heat down a little and let the cheese melt. Now add the milk and let everything simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes. Season to taste at the end and season to taste.
