Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 50 g Gouda, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • Parmesan for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Put some olive oil in a small saucepan and lightly fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix with the cream to a smooth sauce. Melt the Gouda in the sauce. Season with pepper, salt and vegetable stock.
  3. Spread the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan.
