- 500 g spahetti
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 50 g Gouda, rated
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- Parmesan for sprinkling

- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until they are al dente.
- Put some olive oil in a small saucepan and lightly fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix with the cream to a smooth sauce. Melt the Gouda in the sauce. Season with pepper, salt and vegetable stock.
- Spread the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan.
