Ingredients
- 750 g spahetti
- 3 leeks
- 400 g cooked ham
- 200 g cream cheese (alternatively processed cheese liht)
- 0.5 liter ½ cream (alternatively low-fat milk)
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Cut the ham into strips. Steam both in a saucepan or pan over medium heat until translucent. Then pour the cream on top and simmer until creamy on a low setting. Finally stir the cream cheese into the sauce with a spoon and season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Arrange both on plates and serve.
