Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti or other pasta
  • 1 packet brunch, paprika hot peppers
  • 1 large pepperoni, red, finely chopped
  • 125 ml broth
  • 125 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • some tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Paprika powder
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil, chopped
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the garlic and peppers in it, deglaze with the stock and bring to the boil. Dissolve the brunch spread in it. Then add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary a little paprika. Add the tomato paste as needed until the sauce thickens. Finally add the basil.
  3. Pour the sauce on the pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
