Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 1 can tomato (s), happened
- 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, grated
- Water (salt water)
- basil
- oregano
- marjoram
- possibly parmesan

- Cook the pasta with a little salted water until cooked. In the meantime, put the tomatoes in a saucepan, stir in the herbs and spices and heat. Add creme fraiche or sour cream and some grated cheese and simmer gently.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Serve with the sauce, sprinkle with some parmesan and fresh basil if necessary.
