- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 onion (s)
- 250 g bacon, diced
- olive oil
- 1 can tomato (s), chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- salt
- pepper
- Basil, dried
- Oregano, dried
- 500 g spahetti
- Parmesan, grated

- Fry the bacon cubes in olive oil, add sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Cut the paprika into thin strips, add and simmer on a medium temperature with the lid on until soft. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetable stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Allow to reduce a little and serve with the cooked spaghetti and grated Parmesan.
