Ingredients

  • 2 packs spinach, frozen
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Cream, (Cremefine) cooking
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil
  • 500 g spahetti

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach slowly.
  2. In the meantime, chop the onion and fry it until translucent.
  3. Put on the spaghetti.
  4. Roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese and stir into the spinach with the onion, pressed garlic and cream cheese. Add a little cream to lengthen and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve or mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti.
