Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 10 tomato (s), dried, in oil
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. While the pasta is cooking, drain the tomatoes and tuna. Fry the chopped garlic and chilli in a large pan in olive oil. Add tomatoes cut into strips, torn tuna, capers, cream cheese and a little pasta water and simmer briefly over a low heat. Season with oregano and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the al dente cooked spaghetti to the sauce in the pan, mix everything together and serve hot.
