Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • Spice mixture consisting oregano, basil, thyme etc.
  • Herbs (6-herb mixture), TK
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons broth, instant
  • 2 teaspoons sour cream
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in a little oil. Add a pinch of sugar.
  2. Then add the freshly cleaned and chopped vegetables. Add the pasta spice mixture and the remaining spices or herbs as you like - just as you like it. Let everything stew together for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally - add a dash of water if necessary.
  4. Finally add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
  5. At the same time, cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water.
