Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion (s), chopped
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth, grained
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sweat the onions in it. Add the tomatoes and let the sauce simmer a little. Then stir in the granulated broth and season with paprika, curry, basil, oregano, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and refine with a little cream if you like. Let simmer for a few more minutes.
  3. Drain the finished spaghetti and serve with the tomato sauce.
