Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 5 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, freshly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime (juice squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the tomatoes, peel, core and dice the avocado, finely chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Mix everything with the oil and lime juice - season with coriander, a little salt and pepper and let it steep in the refrigerator.
  3. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti al dente.
  4. Mix with the warm spaghetti in a large pasta bowl and serve immediately.
  5. This goes well with white bread and a delicious wine.
