Ingredients

  • 120 g spahetti
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 30 g wild arlic
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons oil, e.g. good olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and drain well.
  2. Brush the mushrooms and then cut them into slices. Cut the wild garlic into strips.
  3. Dice the onion and sauté in the oil in a pan until translucent, add the mushrooms, season with salt and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add the spaghetti, wild garlic and parmesan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
