- 500 g strawberries
- 500 ml water
- 300 g suar
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 180 ml tequila
- 3 lime (s)
- mineral water
- ice cubes
- 250 g strawberries as a filler

- Wash and roughly chop 500 g strawberries, then add to a saucepan with 500 ml water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 8-10 minutes, until it smells strongly and the strawberries are very soft.
- Then puree with the hand blender, add the sugar and stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add the vinegar, let cool down a little, stir in the tequila and let cool down completely. This strawberry tequila mixture can be kept in a sterile container in the refrigerator for approx. 1 - 2 months.
- For the cocktail of 2 limes, squeeze out the juice. Wash the third lime very hot, rub it dry and cut into small wedges. Wash the 250 g strawberries and cut into small pieces.
- To serve, divide the strawberry pieces as well as the lime juice and wedges between the cocktail glasses and fill up with strawberry tequila, some mineral water (to taste) and ice cubes.
