Ingredients
- 35 g cinnamon

- 12 g mace, or marcis
- 10 g iner
- 7 g cardamom
- 7 g pepper

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and either seal airtight and store in a cool and dry place or use immediately.
- Of course you can also use the ingredients whole and then use a small mortar in a mortar.
- Spice is enough for a good 2 kg of speculoos batter.
