Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)
  • some speculoos

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar together. Fold in 2/3 of the cream. Crumble the speculoos. Drain the mandarins.
  3. Now layer everything in a dessert glass: the speculoos, some of the mascarpone cream, the tangerines, mascarpone cream again, then cream.
  4. Let the dessert cool in the refrigerator for an hour.
