Ingredients

  • 375 g spelled flour, liht
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 120 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cane sugar or coconut blossom sugar
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Gently heat the almond milk with the margarine. Stir the sugar and dry yeast into the lukewarm milk until everything has dissolved. Add the low-fat quark and salt and knead with the flour and baking powder to a smooth dough, approx. 10 min.
  2. Then cover the dough with a dampened kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Shape the dough into 8 even balls, place them on a baking sheet and flatten them slightly. Brush the rolls with a little margarine-milk mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake the hamburger buns at 180 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let the rolls cool and cut them open before using.
