  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, mix water with honey and yeast until the yeast is completely dissolved, add to the other ingredients and beat to a yeast dough.
  2. Fill into 2 greased and floured loaf tins, leave to rest for 10 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
