Ingredients

  • 400 g flour, (spelled flour, 650)
  • 100 g buckwheat, round or pods
  • 25 g yeast, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar, (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 70 g sesame seeds
  • 70 g flaxseed
  • 70 g sunflower seeds
  • Oat flakes, for sprinkling
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast with warm water. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased loaf pan that has been sprinkled with oat flakes.
  3. Brush the surface with warm water and sprinkle with oat flakes and bake for approx. 1 hour at 220 ° C. (Follow the stove manufacturer`s instructions for use.)
