  • 350 g spelled flour, whole rain
  • 350 g oat flour, whole rain
  • 1 ½ bag dry yeast
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 525 ml water, lukewarm
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients one after the other in a bowl and knead well with the dough hook of the mixer. Line a loaf tin (500 to 750 g content) with baking paper, fill in the dough, smooth it out and make a longitudinal cut. Put in the cold oven, set to 170 degrees and let rise. The baking time begins when the oven has reached temperature. About 50 minutes baking time.
