Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon juniper berries
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 5 carnation (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 0.7 liters schnapps (double grain)
  • 170 g rock suar, brown

Instructions

  1. The spices are prepared with the double grain, plus the rock sugar.
  2. Place in a window that is as sunny as possible for about 6 weeks and shake it daily if possible.
  3. Filter through a fine cloth, fill into a bottle and refrigerate.
