- 25 g chocolate, (Cote d ° or Intense 70% cacao)
- 1 cup coffee, (espresso), small
- 100 ml milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Melt the cote d `or chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix the espresso with the melted chocolate.
- Add milk foam, season the spiced coffee with cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and sugar and enjoy.
