Ingredients

  • 1 piece (s) ginger (approx. 2 - 3 cm)
  • 6 teaspoons rock candy
  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 teaspoons black tea
  • 6 carnation (s)
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Roast the spices in the pan without fat. Add the water and bring to the boil, add the black tea and continue to cook for approx. 3 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and grumpy candy to the tea while stirring and let it steep for another 2 minutes, covered, on a low flame. Pour the spiced tea through a fine sieve and serve in tea glasses.
