Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g quark
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway seed
  • 100 g ham, finely chopped
  • Chives (chives, parsley, dill, lovage, cress), finely chopped
  • 1 egg (s), whisked

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour with baking powder, salt and the other spices. Mix the curd cheese well with the milk, 2 whole eggs and oil and knead on the board with the flour, herbs and ham to form a firmer dough.
  2. Use this to form 2 sausages approx. 50 cm long, loop them together and connect them to form a wreath. Place on a greased, floured tray, brush with egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Place an empty can in the middle. Bake at medium heat (180 ° C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
