Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in water with the dried chili peppers, salt, 1 red onion cut into rings, bay leaves and peppercorns. Then bend the shell of the eggs a little and leave them in the stock for at least 24 hours.
  2. Fresh rye bread with butter goes well with it.
