Ingredients

  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme, finely chopped
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s) 175 g each
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the chilli pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic and pepper.
  2. Wash the meat, pat dry and brush with mustard. Then salt and knead generously with the herb-garlic mixture.
  3. Now mix the soy sauce with honey.
  4. Brown the meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil and then cook in a hot oven at 175 ° C for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the soy sauce and honey mixture over the meat. Serve immediately.
  5. The meat is a good alternative to the mostly fatty grilled meat in summer. We also eat salad.
